I heard on the news tonight that five sixteen year old girls have turned up in the group that are 'married'. The commentator said he thought two of them already had children.

I also saw an interview with a man who is one of the leaders of a group in British Columbia. He said his group split away from the Texas group several years ago over the issue of 'marrying' these underage girls.

So I agree with you....some jail time and possible abuse charges need to be levied. After seeing the robotic, brainwashed appearance of some of the mothers who were interviewed, I also think some mental health professionals should be brought in.

This is not just an eccentric communal bunch exercising a lifestyle choice, I fear.

That sect is peacefully deranged.

You stated it well with that sentence. I agree with your analysis about marrying off young children to 40 plus year old men. Marriage, I am sure you will agree is primarily an emotional bond and it is not realized when people are married off in that manner.

But now, let us put ourselves in the shoes of the 5 and 6 year olds and the confusion it causes of forcible separation from their mothers.

My question: should the men be all behind bars or separated instead. Why is it they are still with all their multiple wives. They live for sex and they are not being denied when they are allowed to live with them.
