Tora Bora was where Bush had Bin Laden cornered. After promising to catch him dead or alive and promising at 9-11 to avenge the attack. So what did Bush do, refused to send Army Mountain Rangers to block the escape routes, then allowed a 6-8 hour cease fire, just long enough for Bin Laden and his posse to escape. So the question is, why did Bush do this or allow this? Just stupidity or something far more corrupt? Did Bush's paymasters the Saudi Royals not want him to catch Bin LAden? Was it deliberate? Or is Bush just an totally incompetent commander in chief? Which one is it?
