Evergreen Solar Inc. (ESLR, $9.70, -$1.07, -9.94%) reported a fiscal first-quarter loss of $25,000. On a per-share basis, the loss for the latest period was less than 1 cent. Revenue rose 63% to $22.9 million. Analysts were for a loss of 7 cents a share on revenue of $22 million. For the second-quarter, the company expects a loss of $12 million, or 10 cents a share, on revenue of $21.5 million to $22.5 million. Analysts expect a second-quarter loss of 9 cents on 21.8 million revenue.

I like ESLR a lot for the long term. I bought small shares on the drop and will look to add when it appears to be levelling off. This would be for an investment, not a trade. I didn't hear anything in the conference call that made me want to sell.
I think there might have been some rotation into some of the bigger solar names this morning after some analyst comments.
