Don't matter if it ws 100 bil the people will never see 1 read cent of that fund.

Canadians won't invest in their own country. For one, they have nothing to invest with. There is no way to make money in this country short of working for the government. Taxes and salaries are too high, regulations too strict. You can't hire, you can't pay and you can't fire. Canada is the last place in the world anyone in their right mind would put a manufacturing plant. The last place anyone in the world would invest. With two exceptions.
