why? what exactly did i say that could possibly compare to drug addicts on that show?

in what way exactly are my family, friends, job or health being negatively effected? is there something you know about me that i don't? because i'm fairly certain that all of those areas of my life are going along just fine. nobody has any problem with my behavior. not one person.

claiming cannabis is effective as a drug does not make one a drug addict. this is a very insincere comparison. it's beneath even a straw man argument.

if i take prescription meds every day to stay alive, am i addicted to them too? hell maybe somebody should do an intervention on me. lol

maybe if you expanded upon your thinking we could have some fun with it. right now your tone is the one i've come to expect from people who harbor dated ideas.

i've seen Intervention, and you are right I don't enjoy it. those poor pathetic people who are so drug addicted and messed up they can't keep down jobs, keep out of jail, keep their friends or marriages together. their lives are in pieces and it is all because they are addicted to drugs or whatever. so no, watching peoples lives ruined by drugs is pretty freaking horrible if you ask me and not fun to watch. i suppose i understand the whole train wreck idea, but it ain't for me pal. not at all.

so what the heck is your point? how is 'Intervention' in any way shape or form related to the points i outlined in the previous post?
