The issue is not what Obama said. But what is it some people, Hugh included hear. I heard Obama say that he does not wear a pin because he lost it. To tell you the truth, I dosed off in the last 45 minutes)

I thought it would have been really great if Obama had reached into his pocket and pinned a flag pin on, and then shrugged.
