Nymex May NG at $10.66/mcf.

That's 45% above the $7.25 that TTR is basing its 2008 cash flow numbers on. They don't quite receive the Nymex quote but not too far off.
Terra are making money hand over fist now and with no debt to service will be saving several million $$$ per year over and above this windfall NG price.

I can't understand why TTR is trading at $1.75 after recent events - boggles the mind.

The company simply must buy back and cancel their own shares at these prices.
Its a cheaper way to increase cash-flow-per-share than drilling!

Terra Energy announced its 2008 Capital Expenditure Plan and Budget on March 17, 2008 which includes the above-discussed projects and is designed to be funded entirely from anticipated cash flow from operations (approximately $30 million, based upon a $7.25 per mcf price). The Company's current production is approximately 4,200 boed and net debt at March 31, 2008 is approximately $64 million.

GULF PRODUCTION MONITOR: April 21, 2008 Gulf Production is up from Friday's levels almost 300 MMcf to 10.5 Bcf today from 10.2 Bcf on Friday. The increase came from LA Offshore and TX Onshore points. Gulf South and Transco showed the largest gains in LA, up just over 100 MMcf over Friday while Tennessee is up over 120 MMcf from Friday's levels. Texas Easter is also up just over 100 MMcf from Friday as well. Independence Hub continues to be down at 0 MMcfd.
