I love Ben Stein and i share his goals here. I am just not sure that raising taxes helps anyone. What i have called for is comprehensive tax reform, including aspects of national sales tax and/or VAT. I want some more of the Buffet money too but i dont want it badly enough to stifle entrepreneurial spirit of the next generation of capitalists. There has gotta be away to reconcile this and i thought Obama was on the right track when i started thinking about voting for him back in the winter.
