NEXT---ban on open-pit mining

The assembly's head, Alberto Acosta, recently said he was concerned about the effects mining could have on the country's pristine environment. Mr. Acosta said on Friday he will also propose a ban on open-pit mining.

What are you talking about? ARU has been severely underpriced because this was a possibility. The warning flags have been waving for 2 years.
