That's right. You and I can opine all week long about what we like or don't like about the treatment human beings give to one another. I consider your corrupt and deceitful conduct an abhorrent abomination as well, but no law forbids it, so tough noogies on whether I think it is ok or not. However, if you are going to apply the term torture to an illegal act you must identify the law and statutes that apply. I personally think there is a very good chance for charges to be filed over violations of our US law concerning prohibitions on torture, and for war criminals to be prosecuted but you haven't come any where near making that case. Your silly hate based deceitful spinning of the issue, just to get your daily dose of bush bashing does not forward that cause. In fact, it is counter productive.
