If a person gets a parking ticket, I hardly think he should be sentenced to life in prison, not even if he get 100 parking tickets, or 1,000 tickets, well maybe 30 days in jail... now, let's say that person is found guilty of a misdemeanor, he now has a criminal history, but still hardly enough to go to prison for life, or even for one year... although he could spend some time in the county jail, up to 6 months... Now, let's say that person is found guilty of a felony, even if adjudication is withheld, but then another felony, and then another... let's say all within a period of less than 10 years... now, this person has demonstrated a habit of crime and can be called a career criminal, and in the State of Florida he can be put away for a long, long time... this is based on his score sheet, a score sheet is the way a sentence is determined by the State Attorney's Office in order to determine the appropriate sentence for the individual... certainly, a first time felony offender may only see one year in prison, but a career criminal, EVEN IF HE SPITS ON THE SIDEWALK, can be put away for a very long time because of the weight of his previous criminal history... Now, I'm not saying that obama's history is criminal, I was using crime as an example, although, in fact, we still don't know how he was able to obtain his real estate so cheaply from known gangsters, but obama has now shown a career history of associations with questionable people throughout his adult life, including his wife... clearly, this is not Presidential material, and do you want a First Lady in the White House who is ashamed of her country? So, when you tie all that to his extreme far left voting record, he gives me the clear impression that he condones the shady, criminal, and anti American behaviors of his associates as well as his own... Of course it's not necessary to wear a flag pin or place your hand over your heart during the Pledge, but wouldn't you think a Presidential candidate would realize that everyone is watching your every move and by not placing your hand over your heart during the Pledge it would raise more than just a few eyebrows and questions? Get real already, you know as well as I do that a man can accurately be judged by his very own behaviors, by his associations, and by the company he keeps, this is one of the most fundamental truths we all know, so let's not beat a dead horse here...
