Right, those are the rules of the game played in our court system, but we don't have to play those games outside of court... in any not guilty plea, the prosecution could have simply failed to make a case, or the defense had a great argument and convinced the jury... that's a game played in court, but not in real life... we all know that simpson murdered those two victims, no question there, and if all the evidence were allowed in court he would be in prison right now... GZ
