Re NGD.wts. These warrants are just another item in the stable that is to become NGD, and we do have MR in the portfolio. We believe that NGD wts are marginally the best horse in the stable, but I think we should wait for performance to show that is true. See: (there's no "enhancement of value" yet ! lol).

Someone else might wish to sponsor EPM. Frankly, I don't see how the merger with a Russian explorer at current prices improves the situation. In fact I feel a little wary of a debt that, in default, might be converted into common shares at a price (.95*market) to be determined later. I didn't study the deal closely, and of course I will put it back into the PF when it gets thread sponsorship and approval.

(A snag ! The ngd.wt.a is not on the SI quote list of stocks, so I cannot "purchase" it for the PF. We'll just have to watch it and enter the purchase when we can. In the meantime we continue to hold Metallica.)

Three Recco's needed for sale of MR common (replaced in the PF by NGD.wt.A)

Recent volume and price has strengthened my opinion that NGD.wt.A is probably the best horse in the stable for the New Gold merger. I no longer hesitate to act on Marcos' recommendation to buy it for the thread PF and have added the required third recco. I will enter the "purchase" immediately.
