DEFICIT reduction, not DEBT reduction. The word, debt, doesn't appear on the page you linked.

If one wanted to debate the relative fiscal responsibility of the two parties, which I don't--I still say they're both irresponsible--you'd have to look at deficit. As I have said now I don't know many times now, the debt level is at best a distraction. It's a lame basis for an argument.
