<<I'm going to make this dish for dinner tonight. Just put the chicken in the soak................. Italian dressing.>>

Back in my hunting days there was a guy who was big on marinating meat in Italian dressing. His recipe was when I shoot a deer blah blah Italian dressing. After 3 years of falling asleep and never bagging a deer, the 4th season I bought a head of lettuce and stuck his deer tag on it.

Sorry I didn't get back to you soon enough.... and the answer is yes - just make the batter a bit runny so you can dip the flour coated chicken parts in the batter. You can use either corn starch or flour or both. What I do is to start with the liquid and add the flour/starch until it thickens to a pancake batter consistency.

How did it turn out? I have to make this again - haven't for a while and it is an exceptional recipe. I posted it on the website.
