The media is controlled, but not totally controlled. There are smart honest people all over the place, it is just that people perfer Rush Limbaugh to Al Franken. In fact right now Franken is bnehind coleman by 12 points or soemthing lile that. Coleman thinks like a child compared to Al Franken. And peopel prefer the hate politics of O'reilly and Sean Hannity to Kieth Olberman, John Stewart and Steven Colbert. The people constantly have good men and women to vote for, but do not. I was in politics for 30 years. Ask yourslef why negative advertising works? And the better a person is the harder it is for them to lie. Kerry refused to bash gays and many beleive it cost him the election in Ohio. Carvelle told him he had to do it, but he refused. And it is common knowledge that liars do better politically than non liars. Americans can change the way things are, they just choose not to.
