That is what I am thinking. I emphasize to people that we can get all the money we need to develop base metal, but of course you have to have a lock on the property first. i.e. a vehicle and a deal.

Few people realize that it's vehicle first, then property, money. Some have put the cart before the horse. The CPC paradigm is the right way to do it, but the red tape can often be a nightmare.
