One of the most important things that will be discovered (let's hope) is whether or not the gates on this compound (or any other one similar) are open, unlocked, and the inhabitants in the compound are free to come and go as they wish.

From the walls on the drawing in the Wiki site I sent a few posts back, my guess is the gates were locked much as an oldtime Fort or Castle....

That would mean the women and children were held hostage in this compound. And THAT all by itself is not a good thing.

I would assume the DNA tests will prove who the fathers are to these children....

Until it's investigated, how can you ascertain force?

You get a legitimate complaint, you check it out. You don't bust down doors on a phone call and put everybody in custody.

Let's let this ride for now until we get more info.

Fair enough. Until it's investigated how in Gods name do you justify sending in the 7th cavalry to rip 412 kids from their homes and make them wards of the state of TX?

As awful as I find everything about this church I can't help but agree with Lindy, these kids are far worse off today then they were 2 weeks ago.
