Every country has the right to all their resources 100%. If they can manage it all on their own, good on them. But if they admit foreign investment, and then turn the tables on them in mid stream, how honourable is that? You can't have it both ways.

They should have announced they don't want any foreign investment in any way. That would have suited me just fine. To do so after the fact is about as low as you can go.
