It's like Mr Mortgage said. In California alone. 500K subprime loans of which 40 percent are delinquent. That's prob priced in. Another 750K Alt A's with 14 percent delinquency and they don't start resetting until 3 years after inception. about 34 something percent resetting this year. Don't quote me. Alt A is a problem. Some smart people have crunched it up pretty good and figured out the numbers. It's gonna take a lot of work on a part of the banks. They have an extreme unfair advantage of borrowing one dollar to lend 10. But what are you going to do. If you could break that bank i would support it. But what are you gonna do....great video btw. if you haven't seen it.
