Or, the bullish setup is that it is now in the iii of 3 up. I totally agree with you, FDX is an interesting one. Helk, so is UPS for that matter. If this is a valid a-e triangle, this thing has a ways up to go.

FDX - Another aspect of this is that if "C" gets taken out, then the setup becomes rather bullish from an EW POV as well. Does look like an interesting juncture.

FDX is one of those swing charts we have been talking about for a while, and a lot recently. MSFT is another and it should be done now. It is an ugly enough setup that if it does not go down, it would be such a bullish Hound imho.

See that move from iii to iv? It would look more complete with another marginal high, but it's playing with fire.

We got the high, and then some fire... If the bearish count is right, and I do believe it is, then any pop is shortable now.
