More liberal lie and intentional misrepresentations. Nearly half the reported number are transitional. Meaning, they normally have coverage but don't at the instant were asked. Which means that is isn't a surprise that a lot of these people claimed to be without coverage at least SOME time during '05-'06. Just worthless, misleading data from god only knows where. If you would take time to get the facts maybe, just maybe, you wouldn't be nearly so clueless most of the time.
