If Obama or Hillary wins in Nov(highly doubtful), US troops should indeed return home ASAP. A Dem can no longer be trusted as CIC to protect the military's best interests. Jimmy Hussein Carter is a glaring example of their incompetency, and Clinton made horrendous military decisions as well. If McCain wins, the troops should stay in Iraq as long as there's progress towards a viable Iraqi government. As POTUS McC will not bend to UN or international demands that might endanger our troops. That's a crucial difference between Repub & Dem presidents.
