What the mandato is saying principally, is that the old mining law will not apply soon, will be changed within six months ... goes a little beyond 'revision', though the word will be used

If Aurelian and Dynasty have kept their noses clean, acted honourably in all respects, not pissed off anybody with power, and if they're prepared to pay a lot more than they thought they might have to pay before this, then they'll be going ahead and developing their mines now ... maybe not this week, but it won't be six months either, imho

Ascendant won't, they're history, screwed themselves playing heavy in the wrong place ... they screwed us too, stuff like that gives the whole sector a bad name, leads to stuff like this shutdown/wipeout
