Botox, absolutely!
Please read the pdf I linked to in my previous post.

"S&P is this still worth getting into after the sold their Montney rights? tia"

Think about what this deal means to Terra.

Terra was attributing no reserves to the Montney on their books and had no production from the Montney, so the sale of the Montney rights took nothing away from their bottom line.
Terra have many productive zones above the Montney and will now get a free look every time Crew logs a well.

Here is a reprint of a post I made on the Stockhouse TTR site over the weekend.

Cheers,
S&P

(from Stockhouse...)
I have no idea how Terra conducts their business but information does not stay confidential for ever.
For certain, at some point (one year after logging?) TTR will have access to all logging information for Montney wells drilled on their lands. There is no possible cheaper way to evaluate your properties and use this information to refine your seismic maps. This alone is worth many millions to TTR.

Further to that, Terra will be able to basically twin any well of Crew's that logged good hydrocarbons in any zone above the Montney. Surface locations would change if Terra were drilling a vertical well but they will know exactly where to "land" a successful well with virtually zero risk. This will cut their already impressive F&D costs even more.
There would be no point in Crew drilling deeper than the Montney.

Another thing to consider regarding this whole scheme is that these Montney wells are not cheap to drill and frac. The wells will reportedly flow for a long time but the rates are not high. Payback will take many years.

I think TTR did a great thing in farming out their Montney and getting a lump sum payment right now. The time factor of an up-front $67 million is value additive.
IMHO, there is so much hidden upside to this deal that investors haven't figured out yet.

The info is out there in all TTR press releases on SEDAR and on their website.
A guy just needs to dig a little and fit the pieces together.

Terra is ridiculously undervalued at $1.75!
