I made my big mistake at the start of the contest, when I added GOOG as a second thought, only because I couldn't put everything into AAPL. I should have simply kept myself half in cash. I've gotten some good investment ideas from seeing what the leaders are doing, and that has made participating in the contest worthwhile. I am pleased, however, that my buy and hold strategy is at least partially vindicated by my movement from last to 12th. And it's good to be beating the S&P, finally. - Allen
