Do you have a link to his platform? All I have is the same old stuff I've heard before. I'm just tired of the same old rhetoric from democrats. Democrats will fix the economy by raising taxes. Democrats will fix health care by raising taxes. Democrats will fix our image in the world by raising taxes. Democrats will fix the worsening education problem by raising taxes. Democrats will fix global warming by raising taxes. Democrats will fix the high cost of gasoline by raising taxes and the price of gasoline. Democrats will fix everything by raising taxes. The only thing Democrats will cut is our military while negotiating with our enemies. I'm old enough to have seen this all fail before, you haven't. "Let's try it again" is not the solution and from what I've heard and read from Obama, that's all he's got. How about one speech of: "I know there are problems with 'insert problem here', the first thing I am going to do is to see why there is a problem before we spend another penny on it. Obviously what we are doing isn't working. Continuing down the same path by throwing more money at a broken system will never work, and has never worked. It is time for a change, a hope for a better future." But no, I hear the same old things I've heard all of my life out of democrats. "Vote for me and I'll take from those that don't vote for me and give it to you."
