And we might be able to stave off making it worse. >>> I am not sure about this, but from what I remember, any management guru will tell you that you can go into any organization and get 10% in savings from streamlining and greater efficiency. The next 10% is exponentially more difficult. But, knowing the federal government as well as you do, I'll bet you can easily see 20% savings just by rationalizing and eliminating waste.
