I would rather see marijuana legalized, but since it currently is illegal, like polygamy :), you have to enforce it or change it.
Whose head would you roll? And how can the college prevent it without calling in the national guard and riot teams, which would probably lead to some violence. And if the college somehow keeps it off campus, wouldn't it just move to a park or someother public place? Is preventing it really worth the cost?

At the very least, separate the issue of medical marijuana from casual drug use.
