"attempt to accumulate a package of them and then hope that if I can stick with them, the winners will win more than the losers lose." That's exactly how I like to buy these China microcaps. I know they're risky, but the money I have in them is money I can lose without it really hurting (except my pride!). Did very very well in them last year buying about now (April thru May) and selling in November. I'm starting to see life in a few of them these last few weeks too- a good sign. I'll look at ACTS also. regards,
