We not only saw it, cried with the characters, learned some new things, and realized it is one of the VERY few things we would on purpose stay at home to watch on a particular day....

We could DVD it, but not sure either of us know how to do that, but can get it On Demand....and will probably buy the series! The only thing negative I could say about it is, that it ended too soon....

I saw the series. It really is terrific. The character who plays John Adams did a superb job. The scene in which George Washington is sworn is is really moving.

I don't know who made the series, but they should win an academy award. Wife and I were mesmerized by the film.
