That is amazing. You are in the US, right? I did see a person last week at Costco with a flat bed with hundreds of pounds of rice and I am in Alaska-lol.

Back to Israel: I grew up in the Bay area, but did my graduate work at the university of Washington and dated several jewish women while there. I am a German/Scot.

Anyway, the point is, I am very familiar with the jewish culture (their culture produces intellectually strong women, which may have been my attraction-lol).

So I worry about Israel because I know how much prejudice they have had to confront for----ever, sort of and especially in the middle east. "Man in a Gray Flannel Suit" is one of the best movies ever made."

And the blind racism against jews in the middle east (in all middle east countries I know of) is much worse than most people know and never reported in the news.

Because I know this, is the reason I worry so much about them. Many middle east countries when advertising for workers exclude jews. And many middle east children are taught from birth that jews are the devil.

The two groups I worry the most about are the jews (in Israel)and African's (both in and out of Africa).
