Did they break their backs trying? No evidence of that, Frank, so we agree there. I will point out that to either sell ADS, or monetize the royalty flow or approach Sony or any other company and offer them a share of potential royalty profits for assumption of debt etc they would first have to get approval of ALL the creditors. Now as a private company the creditors can make those decisions themselves. After Jordan's judgement and before Strickland ever strolled in the door, had Ampex already pretty much decided to file chapter 11 (unless some royalties fell out of the sky or they won the Kodak appeal)? I don't know, but I would guess that they pretty much had. <<Bramson and his cronies on the board are white collar crooks trying to steal the company from the shareholders>> You think Hillside is a crony? What exactly does Bramson get out of it? I don't believe that's accurate Frank. Makes no sense to me. If you want to prove that you are gonna have to demonstrate motive, don't you think? If I had to guess, I would guess Bramson's the one who insisted existing shareholders get 50% of flow past the debt. He is still a large shareholder....just looking out for himself there. <<Bramson is a failure by any measure.
