I don't think so ! My calculator tells me that the delta of the warrant is ~36% which means that right now a warrant should move the same as 36% of of a share of common stock. 36% of the current $7.90 price is $2.84, so right away you get the same upside for the price of the warrant as you get from $2.84 of stock.

Rarely does my calculator lie.
