The basic accusation was the forced marriage and rape of a minor. my own personal opinion on this is that 'forced marriage and rape of a minor' constitutes child sexual abuse, and i'm afraid i would not give as much latitude to the mothers that permit this type of thing to go on ....women who knowingly allow their children to be subjected to sexual abuse are imo, complicit the welfare fraud goes like this.... the polygamists only marry once, and the rest of the women's marital relationships are constructed as 'spiritual' wives....the women with children can apply for ADC and state the y don't know who the 'father' is or where...the polygamist father can have scores of children that are being supported by the state....quite ironic, especially when you consider FLDS members call the government 'the beast' and the practice of welfare fraud is justified as 'bleeding the beast' i think this is why they are going after the DNA...
