I've been trying to do a sketchy post mortem on PXIA. I wonder if that is one which should have lived. I guess the problem was a lack of specific information. It sounded profitable with excellent growth prospects, but they only made sketchy references to a "reasonable" EBIDTA at least that I could find.

I wonder if the warrants conceivable could be worth something someday. They are $5 and do not expire until 2/11.

The insiders were busy buying chunks of shares, but the SPAC arb nasty boys were all buying bigger chunks.

Maybe the PXIA folks could re-invest and find some other private investors to once again fund the deal.

Of course, maybe Santa will land on my Miami roof tomorrow.
