A good point.
But I would modify it as follows:

He writes a lot where he has nothing to say.
But when he gets to the point, where his thinkings are clear because he has spent most of his life contemplating about this very matter, then he gets too crisp!

That's why I had to re read many of the more original and interesting thoughts and conclusions to get the hang of it.
