arabs never spent a dime on the true needs of the pals. Just money for maddrasses to rile them up and for suicide belts to blow up civilians and themselves. Arabs whole raison d'etre is to blame israel for all the regions woes so:

1. corrupt arab regimes stay in power
2. their citizens blame israel for their woes.
3. pals turn the world into a bloody mess
4. a whole generation of arabs go forward to the past with bin laden.
