I personally know of one Christian church in Gaza that was re-built with money from America recently, only to be destroyed again.

It is very harsh for Christians in the Middle East right now.

The solution for peace in Israel is easy - remove the settlements in the West Bank, move back to the the pre-1967 borders (which numerous UN resolutions have suggested), have the Arab League compensate those families who were displaced by the 1948 formation of Israel in exchange for the renouncing of right of return, and make Jeruselam like the Vatican of the Middle East (an international, inter-faith city).

It's an easy solution, but it will never come to fruition because it makes way too much sense. Also, governments will lose aid and scapegoats if it occurs.

So we continue with the status quo, and innocent people suffer and die.
