Yes, this is the 10% spread Hillary needed to justify staying in the race. Now, if she had the guts, she would use the following line in NC:

"My opponent cancelled the debate here in NC after the last debate raised questions about his character. This reminds me of MLK's line about what counts is not the color of your skin but the content of your character."


If she doesn't use it the McCain campaign sure can.
