I believe public education should be extended to the Community College level.

We have "dumbed down" K-12 so much that even with a Community College level graduation, they are lucky to get a 1965 HS graduate level.

Oh, sure. The smart ones with character still wizz though to the top colleges, but the middle to bottom are being cheated out of an education.

The income spead between the upper and lower is caused by this lack of education at the middle and bottom.

I believe public education should be extended to the Community College level. After WWII a person could make a decent living as a high school grad, but that simply isn't true any more. We have a more technical society and we need more education.

My office has an employee (messenger) who is a Community College student. In terms of knowledge and comprehension, I'd put my 4th grader up against her.
