Terrible irresponsible idea. However, if Congress agreed, we could cut gas taxes as McCain proposes for the summer.

LIAR. Bush allowed 9-11 to happen then lied to get us quagmired into a occupation of Iraq which had nbothiong to do with 9-11 and which has decimated our military. Bush also let Bin LAden go free. Maybe delibnerately. Or just incompetently. WQhich is why Pat Tillman rebelled against Bush and which is why Bushies murdered Tillman before he could speak out publicly. There is not a scintilla of credible evidence Bush has ever defended us from anything, not a single attack anywhere in the world. In fact, Bush thrives on terrorism. The more the better for him to take advantage of. And the more the better for higher gas prices, which he loves too.
