I can see you don't appreciate the richness of the English language. If all words meant the same thing, some just prettier than others, then we really wouldn't need all those words, would we.

"Statism" is simply big government, which is what we're talking about here, seems to me. If you are trying to express some nuance other than that, what is it?

"Fascism" is not the right label. "Fascism" is a nationalistic movement. It's identity-based, chauvanistic. Nothing about that in government health care. Government health care is statist, collectivist, paternalistic, not fascist.
