Taro, what is the rule for buying IPO in the contest?

We don't have a rule for that but the matter of course get's complicated, when an issue is (massively) over signed. The question comes down to, "how many - if any - certificates would you have received in real life?"
All, some or none...

The 3rd case obviously comes in the hottest, because that is where the trading starts at multiple IPO pricing ;)

Anybody having a good idea here?

They got couple of more but think I will pass (Intrepid Potash and American Water Works) them.

Damn! Should have been in both! Both are doing great in this market..

Someone picked IPI in the contest. he/she should be doing well.
