4X the money shaved it from 17 to 10. Do you think 8X would have gotten him to even? I doubt it. At some point the excess cash became useless. If he did spend at 8X, he would have won by 9 points at beat. At some point, PA folks just turned him off when the ads came on.

After a certain point, spending more money blanketing the PA airwaves wasn't going to help. That's what irks me about the reports of how much money both Obama and Clinton are spending. Don't you think by now, most people have already made up their minds?
