Although I don't like MTNOY a lot, I still think it has better prospects than CHL and may be cheaper too. ;) CHL is just too rich for my tastes. I missed it before the runup - hugely. :( The only consolation is that I made some money on TCEHF (not a value stock) and KONG/HRAY trades. But man, did I miss the developing country telecoms... :( IF looks interesting. I need to take a look at Indonesia as a country. I'll get back to you on that.
