By the time they are done, they can take satisfaction out of crushing the last vestiges of hope and optimism from the system. Of course, then they have to face all those dissatisfied voters once they are in office trying to get things done.

Payback's a bitch but it always comes in the political market place. Just ask the 28/15 kids in the White House now.
