Do you believe that?" John - with all due respect - how do you draw the conclusion above? I think you are better than that. Do you not think a tax is a burden and that compensating policy changes could make tax increases more positive? That is what Bill Clinton did and Clinton's tax increases are very often sited as an example of why higher taxes can work. Do you think Bill Clinton could run on how he governed today?
