All of those missiles are ballistic missiles, a different type of threat. They are faster, longer range than the cruise missles that had been discussed before. And defense against them requires highly specialized and expensive ABMs that are just beginning to come on line. But they larger, probably more expensive, and have liquid stages, which would take time to set up for launch, and the preparations would be visible from satellites. Also the Shahab-4 program has been canceled, and the Shahab-5 and 6 are still in development, and apparently not at all close to deployment.

What would really be dangerous for Israel would a purely solid fueld missile with a a range like that of the canceled Shahab-4 or better, and a miniaturized/weaponized nuclear warhead. That isn't something we are going to see in 5 years, or in 10 years, maybe not in 20 or 25.
