why? zim, they do not appear to fall under any of the three desired and specified profiles (i) ocean view in nice old neighborhoods, or (ii) whole buildings underpinned by land in blocking positions on CBD blocks, or (iii) industrial plates purchasable at construction cost in gentrifying area designated for thousands of hotel rooms. are they? please follow the script so that i do not have to repeat myself so often, and so that you can learn on first pass. but, truth be told, it is however the case that each square feet of those hutches in the photo is worth more than each square foot of your hovel, and given your pattern of behavior that is indicative of abused upbringing, and limiting prospects, that each 600 square feet abode in that picture is valued more than where you are typing from. i told you this relationship will be educational, did i not? now, tell us more about yourself, such as but not limited to anything your mind, what there is of it, can dream up. did you pick up on my hint about the floppy checkbook and pillow on desk idea? chugs, tj
