why? zim, they do not appear to fall under any of the three desired and specified profiles (i) ocean view in nice old neighborhoods, or (ii) whole buildings underpinned by land in blocking positions on CBD blocks, or (iii) industrial plates purchasable at construction cost in gentrifying area designated for thousands of hotel rooms. are they?
